Introduction
Fruit Juices are made from fruit pulp/concentrate
The sugar syrup is prepared first in high speed sugar melting tank, and it added into mixing tank with fruit pulp, water along with other ingredients like flavor, color, preservatives etc. and later on homogenized to prepare a uniform blend of juice This mixture is pasteurized to remove any microbial growth from it.Uniformly blended juice is then packed in PET bottles/easy open can/sucking bag / gable top carton box etc.
