Because we are equipment products, most of them are customized, so we will ask customers clearly about the material/capacity and other issues. After knowing the needs of customers and collecting all the required information from customers, our salesmen will use their professional knowledge to recommend suitable products to customers and make quotations or solutions for customers.
Seasoning Processing Plant
After the sale, we will establish a professional team group to serve customers, and our technicians will analyze the products purchased by customers and make drawings according to the contract and the information collected by the sales staff. If it is a project order, we will provide the corresponding site layout drawing to the customer according to the plant drawing provided by the customer. The production progress is regularly updated for customers during production. Determine the shipping time one week before production is completed and contact the freight forwarder to order the space. All customs clearance materials will be sent out after repeated confirmation with the customer.
