The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine clamps the neck of the bottle, and together with the outer bottleneck guard of the capping machine, the bottle is kept upright and prevents rotation. Driven by the main shaft of the capping machine, the capping head revolves and rotates on its own, and under the action of the cam, it realizes the actions of capping, capping, capping, and capping, and completes the entire capping process.

The capping head adopts a magnetic torque device. When the capping head takes the cap through the capping tray, the top cap sleeve supports the cap and straightens the cap to ensure the correct position of the cap in the capping mold and ensure the capping quality. After the capping is completed, the capping head will overcome the magnetic force and slip without damaging the bottle cap. At the same time, when the capping head rises, the top cap rod will push the cap out of the capping mold.
