Main structure and working principle
1. Outline structure drawing The water bath sterilizer is mainly composed of frame, conveyor belt, scraper, water tank, steam heating system, transmission system and electrical control system, cooling system, spray system, bubbling system, etc. The material of the water bath sterilizer is selected to meet the food hygiene requirements, and the frame, shell, chain plate, and food contact parts are all made of stainless steel
2. Working principle When the water-bath sterilizer is working, the materials are manually placed on the mesh belt of the water-bath sterilizer. The water in the water tank is heated by the plate heat exchanger, and is sent to the water tank of the water-bath sterilizer by the hot water pump to treat the water tank. The water inside is heated. The steam intake is adjusted through the steam proportional control valve to adjust the temperature of the water in the box, and the water temperature will automatically reach the predetermined value.
