Aseptic filler should fill material in the aseptic condition. So the aseptic circumstance is a very important rule.

All the processes in aseptic bag filler, including clamp bag, clamp lid, pullout lid, screw lid, filling chamber lifting, filling valve lifting etc, all are in aseptic circumstance, to make sure the packing material and product material are in aseptic condition.

Technical Parameters


Aseptic filler for bag in drums , range of 2-220lts.The Aseptic filler can handle aseptic bag(1" ELPO fitment) with press-on caps.Designed to fill also aseptic bags for 2L sampling purpose.Only air, steam and water are used,no additional chemical product nor sterile gas.


The Aseptic filler includes the following components:

  • Filling heads :SUS304 stainless steel with close filling chamber

  • Flowchart for filling action: bag opening- cap remove―filling― cap back for sealing as well as the related sensors to monitor the work stages

  • Set of aseptic valves on product infeed side :made of SUS304 stainless steel . Filling heads lift units: air cylinder/ drive motor

  • Washing and sterilization systems matching the aseptic sterilizer SIP & CIP system . Pressure relief valves for compressed air and steam

  • Flowmeter systems by famous brand, to control the filling volume/ or weight sensor . Temperature monitoring

  • Roller conveyor to feed the drums :750mm wide and apro. X4000m long as per pallet

  • Operator’s platform: main frame made of SUS304 stainless steel complete with walking plane, handrail and access ladder

  • Electricity cabinet with PLC control for full system

  • Pushbuttons for motor start/stop

  • Emergency pushbutton . Cap sensor for detect

  • Flow / temperature alarm

  • No filling, no steam injection to prevent air into bag

  • 2D filling head display, Friendly touch screen for operator


>> Aseptic Factor:

Sterilization of the Product: The product is sterilized using techniques like UHT (Ultra- High Temperature) treatment before it enters the aseptic filler.

Sterilization of Packaging Materials: The containers, typically like aseptic bag(2-200l), are sterilized using methods such as hydrogen peroxide or irradiation light.

Filling Environment: The filling operation occurs in a sterile environment, often

maintained by steam chamber and positive pressure to prevent contaminants from entering and sealed in a way that maintains sterility.
