Introduction


Flash Flash Pasteurizer can be connect with separator,homogenizer, flash evaporator & degasser ect.This Flash Flash Pasteurizer is used as Flash Pasteurizer (widely used in fresh milk,milk beverage,juice,tea,alcohol,ice cream ect.),and also pre-sterilize material when producing Pasteurized milk(long life milk).

This Flash Flash Pasteurizer has features of high heat recovery,lower energy cost,strict design on the construction and easy operation,simple maintenance.

>> Configuration:

Full automatical Flash Flash Pasteurizer: by advanced PLC technology for program, as per the craft request, control the whole production, with CIP cleaning program for self washing.

Semi automatical Flash Flash Pasteurizer: operator could control the pump, valve etc back-flow on the control panel. By PID control sterilizing temperature, with the data on recorder.

Flash Flash Pasteurizer composed by product pumping system, plate heat exchange system, product pipe system, steam pipe system, hot water heating system,product back-flow system,temperature control system and electrical control system.

The Flash Pasteurizer is automatic controlled by a PLC control system, and the control equipment is programmed for the following functions, which are initiated by pushing the following function keys:

START: The plant is started and prepared for pre-sterilisation or CIP.

PRESTERILISATION: The plant is sterilised and made ready for production. The pre-sterilisation is made by circulation of hot water 80°C for 10 min

PRODUCTION: The production can be started when the pre-selected temperature and capacity have been reached. During production it is possible to stop the production and still maintain sterility, by running hot water.

The product enters the balance tank at a temperature of 4°C and from the balance tank the pump transfer the product through the pre-heater.

The sterile product is now led through the regenerative heating section of the tubular unit and heat up to approximately 60 °C by mean of regenerative heating, the product is transferred directly to the homogeniser where it is homogenised at the pre-set pressure..

Hereafter the product enters the next section of the tubular heat exchanger and is here heated to app 80°C and held at this temperature for app. 15 seconds. This temperature is controlled by a temperature controller. The temperature transmitters are placed at the inlet and outlet of the holding cell. Finally the product is led to the balance tank.

STERILE CIP: During re-circulation of water, it is possible to switch to Sterile CIP cleaning at production temperatures, and when sterile CIP is finished, re-circulation of water without pre-sterilisation being necessary.

CIP: After the production is finish the plant must be cleaned. The Flash Pasteurizer must be cleaned after work around 5 hours.

Application


1. Food and beverage industry

Milk and dairy products: used for pasteurization, sterilization or ultra-high temperature instant sterilization (UHT) to ensure the hygienic safety of milk while maintaining nutrients and flavor.

Juice drinks: suitable for fermentation and cooling of fruit juices, tea drinks, beverage functions, etc. to extend the shelf life.

Alcohol: Sterilize beer, wine, fruit wine, etc. to prevent miscellaneous bacteria from affecting fermentation or product quality.

Tomatoes and soups: used for sterilizing tomato sauce, salad dressing, and concentrated soups to ensure long-term storage after packaging.


2. Processing of dairy products and egg products

Cream and butter: Cream is homogenized and sterilized to ensure the flavor and stability of the product.

Liquid egg sterilization: used for sterilizing liquid egg whites, egg yolks or whole eggs to prevent microbial contamination, especially when producing liquid egg processed foods.


3. Fruit and vegetable processing

Fruit and vegetable juices and purees: Rapid sterilization of processed purees or juices to avoid oxidation and microbial contamination.

Concentrated liquid: suitable for sterilizing concentrated fruit juice and vegetable juice to maintain color, aroma and nutritional content.


4.Other liquid foods

Soy milk and plant protein drinks: Restructure soy milk, almond milk, oat milk and other plant protein drinks to prevent protein denaturation or separation.

Coconut water and coconut milk: used to maintain the original flavor and fermentation process of tropical fruit drinks.

Q: Are you manufacturer or trader?
