The Pineapple Production Line is an automated production system specially designed for processing the tropical fruit pineapple into a variety of final products. Pineapple is rich in nutrients, such as vitamin C, fiber, minerals, etc. The Pineapple Production Line uses advanced processing equipment and technology to process fresh pineapples from fruit to finished product efficiently and hygienically, ensuring the quality and taste of pineapples.

The Pineapple Production Line can produce clear juice,cloudy juice,concentrated juice,canned pineapple and jam.The Pineapple Production Line is mainly composed of fruit bubbling washing machine,elevator, fruit sorting machine,brush washing machine,pineapple cutting and peeling machine,hammer pineapple crusher, belt press juice extraction,disk separator,ultra-filtration (for clear pineapple juice processing), concentration equipment, sterilization machine and filling machine. The Pineapple Production Line is combined with a high degree of automation,top configuration,scientifc reasonable technological flowchart and food-grade hygiene standards.

Concentrated pineapple juice(CPJ) and not from concentrated(NFC) pineapple juice

Fresh pineapple uses air bubble washing machine to wash dirty matters,then sort out the bad and rotten fruits through roller conveyor, then we will get clean and high-quality fresh pineapples.After that we use pineapple peeling and core removing combiner to remove the peel and core,then after fruit crusher,belt press juicer,disk separator, then we will get the fresh clear pineapple juice. Then you can choose if you need to concentrate juice or not.If your end products are selling to dealers and juice factory, then you can use evaporator to concentrate juice and after sterilizing then filled into aseptic bags in bulk; if your clients are selling to supermarkets,then after you get the fresh pineapple juice,you just need to sterilize then fill into small packages like bottles or Tetra Pak cartons.


Reconstituted pineapple juice

Use concentrated pineapple juice or pineapple juice powder as raw materials, then blended with water, sugar and some other ingredients, after homogenizing, degassing and sterilizing,the juice will be filled into small bottles.


Canned pineapple

For canned pineapple, the pineapple is first cleaned with a bubbling cleaning machine, than the pineapple is processed by a core-removing and peeling device. Then use the conveyor platform to manually slice or dice the pineapple. After the pineapple is processed, it needs to be exhausted, then filled, and then sterilized. After the sterilization is completed, it must be dried.

The process of the Pineapple Production Line includes multiple links from pineapple raw material processing to final product packaging. The following is a typical Pineapple Production Line process:

 

1. Receiving and screening of raw materials

Goal: Receive fresh pineapples, screen and sort the pineapples, remove damaged or spoiled fruits, and ensure that only high-quality pineapples enter the production line.

Equipment: automatic conveyor belts, sorting machines, manual screening tables.


2. Cleaning

Goal: Remove soil, impurities, pesticide residues, etc. from the surface of pineapples to ensure product hygiene.

Equipment: bubble cleaning machine, spray cleaning machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine.


3. Skin and eye removal (nucleation)

Purpose: Peel, remove eyes and core the pineapple to ensure the taste of the product.

Equipment: peeling machine, eye removing machine, core removing machine, cutting machine.


4. Cutting and dividing

Goal: According to different product requirements, cut pineapple into different shapes, such as pineapple slices, pineapple chunks, pineapple dices, etc., or process it into juice or puree.

Equipment: cutting machine, dicing machine, tablet press.


5. Juicing (applicable to pineapple juice products)

Usage: Squeeze the peeled pineapple pulp to extract pineapple juice, which can be used in beverages or other processed products.

Equipment: juicer, centrifuge (to separate juice and pomace).


6. Concentrate (for pineapple juice and pineapple puree)

The goal: Remove water from pineapple juice through evaporation and concentrate it into a concentrate that is easier to store and transport, or concentrate pineapple puree to add flavor.

Equipment: multi-effect evaporator, thin film evaporator.


7. Sterilization and Sterilization

Goal: Ensure that all products eliminate bacteria and microorganisms that may exist during the production process, ensure product safety, and extend shelf life.

Equipment: pasteurizer, UHT sterilization equipment, hot water sterilizer.


8. Cooling and storage

Purpose: Cool the sterilized pineapple products to normal temperature to maintain the freshness and nutritional content of the products.

Equipment: coolers, freezers, cold chain storage systems.


9. Packaging

Goal: Pack pineapple products according to different product types. Common packaging forms include bottles, bags, cans, boxes, etc.

Equipment: automatic filling machine, sealing machine, vacuum packaging machine, labeling machine, bagging machine.
