Raw material receiving and sorting

Sorting: Apples and pears are carefully sorted according to size, color and quality, rejecting defective or overripe fruit. 

Washing: Wash the fruit thoroughly to remove dirt, chemicals and other contaminants. A cleaning system with a gentle brush or spray ensures minimal damage to the fruit.

Peel and core Peeling:

Cutting and slicing

Cutter: The automatic cutter cuts apples and pears into the desired shape, whether for juicing, canning or drying.

Slicing options: Options for producing slices of different sizes, such as rings, wedges or cubes, depending on the product type.

Juice and puree production

Juicing: Juicing apples and pears using a hydraulic press or screw press to extract fresh juice for bottling or further processing.

Puree Production: For puree products, the fruit is ground into a smooth paste and then heat treated or sterilized to ensure a long shelf life.

Pasteurization and sterilization
