Raw material reception and pre-processing

Water filtration: Use advanced filtration systems to purify water, remove impurities, and ensure stable water quality.

Ingredient Dosing: A precise dosing system ensures ingredients such as sugar, flavorings and preservatives are mixed accurately according to the beverage recipe.

Mixing & Blending

Mixing system: Ingredients are mixed in large automatic mixing tanks. For beverages such as juices or energy drinks, the mixing system ensures a uniform consistency.

Homogenization: This process ensures that all ingredients, including solids like pulp or condiments, are evenly distributed in the liquid.

Filtration and clarification

Filtration: Beverage liquids may undergo additional filtration to remove any suspended particles or pulp, especially for clear drinks like juice or flavored water.

Clarification: This optional step is used to ensure the drink is clear and visually appealing.

Carbonation (for carbonated drinks)

Carbonation Unit: For soft or sparkling drinks, a carbonation system adds carbon dioxide (CO2) under pressure, creating a fizz in the drink. Carbonation levels can be adjusted to meet product specifications.

Pasteurization or UHT processing

Pasteurization: For beverages such as juice or tea, pasteurization is used to eliminate harmful microorganisms and extend shelf life without affecting the flavor and nutrition of the beverage.

UHT (Ultra High Temperature): For long-shelf life beverages, UHT processing rapidly heats the liquid to very high temperatures and then cools it, killing bacteria while preserving nutrients.

Filling and packaging

Filling systems: Depending on the product, liquids are automatically filled into various packaging formats such as bottles (PET, glass), cans, bags.

Sealing: After filling, containers are sealed to ensure freshness and prevent contamination.

Capping or Tetra Pak sealing: For bottles and cans, automatic capping machines seal the containers, while Tetra Pak machines seal and sterilize the packages.

Labeling and inspection

Labeling Systems: Automated labeling systems apply product labels, barcodes and brand information to containers.

Quality Control: Conduct final quality checks to ensure correct fill levels, seals, labels and product appearance. Beverage production line includes automatic inspection systems that detect unfilled or overflowing containers as well as defective seals.

Packaging and palletizing

Packaging/Crating: Finished products are grouped and packed into cartons or boxes, ready for distribution.

Palletizing: An automated palletizing system arranges boxed beverages onto pallets for easy shipping and storage.
