Introduction
The YGT-20 Mini Pilot UHT/HTST system is exclusively manufactured with advanced design and technology to meet the requirements of universities, research institutes, enterprise R&D departments, and the dairy industry for simulating industrial production processes and research in laboratories. The rated capacity ranges from 20 L/h to 25 L/h, providing a full duplication of industrial-scale production, making it suitable for a wide range of viscosities, as well as fiber and granule preparation.
Pilot UHT/HTST system precisely mimics industrial processes such as preparation, homogenization, aging, pasteurization, and fast sterilization under superheated temperatures, ensuring germ-free, canned products. The machine’s workstation system is integrated with an online CIP (Cleaning in Place) function, and it can optionally be equipped with a homogenizer and an aseptic filling cabinet based on your needs.
Feature And Advantage
Import brand components (Germany material valve, Denmark temperature sensor, Siemens PLC )
Modular build , assemble by one platform
Fully automatic CIP and SIP facility
Inline operation with other equipment
Less waste on the pipe, mini by 5L material to run the machine
High flexible for different product, high viscosity and low viscosity
With semi and full automation two structure to choose.

Pilot UHT/HTST system System composition:
All major components are housed in durable stainless steel cabinets.
The unit includes two electrically heated hot water recirculators, eliminating the need for steam.
Pilot UHT/HTST system Control system:
Equipped with PLC controller and LCD touch screen, it is easy to operate.
The control panel displays the system's flow paths, providing a clear overview of the process.
Pilot UHT/HTST system Operating mode:
Two operating modes are provided:
Pilot UHT/HTST system automatic mode
Eye-tracking mode allows for easier monitoring and control during experiments.
Pumping and cleaning:
As standard, the unit uses a screw pump (made in Germany) equipped with CIP (cleaning in place) to prevent secondary contamination.
Pilot UHT/HTST system Safety features:
Includes non-material warning features to ensure safe operation and minimize errors.
Pilot UHT/HTST system Data recording and interface:
Provides a computer interface with real-time temperature recording capabilities.
Experimental data can be exported directly to Excel files for use in research papers or documentation.
Pilot UHT/HTST system Heating system:
Each heating section is individually controlled, allowing for multiple temperature settings.
Use a pressurized hot water recirculator to heat the product.
These recirculators feature PID control for increased stability and accuracy, ensuring precise sterilization temperatures with a tolerance of ±0.3°C.
Pilot UHT/HTST system Cooling process:
Depending on the desired final cooling temperature, cooling can be achieved in one or two stages.

>> FAQ
Q: What is the difference between UHT and HTST sterilization?
A: UHT (Ultra High Temperature) sterilization heats products to 135°C to 150°C for 2-5 seconds, killing harmful bacteria while preserving flavor and nutrients. It is used in products that require a longer shelf life, such as milk and juice.
HTST (High Temperature Short Time) sterilization heats the product to a temperature between 72°C and 85°C for 15-30 seconds. It is used to pasteurize products such as dairy products and juices that cannot be stored stably without refrigeration.
Q: Can the Pilot UHT/HTST system be used to test different types of liquids?
A: Yes, the Pilot UHT/HTST system is versatile and can handle a wide variety of liquid foods and beverages of varying viscosities, such as dairy products, juices, soups, sauces, and even pharmaceuticals.
Q: How accurate is the temperature control of the Pilot UHT/HTST system?
A: The system is equipped with advanced temperature control and monitoring technology to ensure precise and consistent temperature management during processing. Temperature control accuracy is typically within ±0.5°C to ±1°C, depending on system configuration.
